Intellian Flat Panel Series Photo Competition - Terms and Conditions

The promoter is: Intellian Technologies whose registered office is at Intellian Technologies, Inc. 18-7, Jinwisandan-ro, Jinwi-myeon, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, 17709 Korea.

  • Eligibility:
  • 1.1. This competition is open to Intellian's partners and customers, excluding Intellian employees and their immediate family members.
  • 1.2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 1.3. Geographic restrictions may apply based on Amazon voucher availability or relevant legal restrictions.
  • 1.4. Intellian reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.
  1. Entry Requirements:
  • 2.1. Participants must submit original photographs that they have taken themselves.
  • 2.2. Photographs must feature an Intellian Eutelsat OneWeb Flat Panel Series terminal.
  • 2.3. Photographs must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content.
  • 2.4. Participants must post their photographs on either LinkedIn or Instagram.
  • 2.5. Participants must tag the official Intellian account in their posts.
  • 2.6. Multiple entries will be accepted per person. 
  • 2.7. The competition period runs from April 1st to September 30th, 2025. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  1. Judging and Winner Selection:
  • 3.1. Intellian's marketing team will select the winning photograph.
  • 3.2. Judging criteria will include aesthetic appeal, clarity and focus on the terminals, overall image quality, and compliance with these T&Cs.
  • 3.3. Intellian's decision is final and binding.
  • 3.4. The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform where they entered.
  1. Prize:
  • 4.1. The prize is a USD $100 Amazon or local currency equivalent of $100 (or equivalent marketplace available in the winner's country) voucher.
  • 4.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  1. Rights and Usage:
  • 5.1. By entering the competition, participants grant Intellian a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their submitted photographs for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and advertising.
  • 5.2. By entering the competition, participants grant Intellian a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use their submitted photographs for any and all marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and advertising, in any manner Intellian deems appropriate, and without any obligation to provide attribution to the photographer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants hereby waive any and all moral rights they may have in their submitted photographs.
  • 5.3. Participants retain ownership of their photographs.
  1. Liability:
  • 6.1. Intellian is not responsible for any lost, late, or incomplete entries.
  • 6.2. Intellian is not liable for any technical malfunctions or errors that may affect the competition.
  • 6.3. Participants are responsible for ensuring their entries comply with the terms of service of LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • 6.4. Participants agree to indemnify and hold Intellian harmless from any claims or damages arising from their participation in the competition.
  • 6.5. Intellian reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Intellian will notify entrants of any changes to the competition as soon as possible.
  1. Privacy:
  • 7.1. Intellian will collect and use participants' personal information for the purpose of administering the competition and awarding the prize.

  1. Modification/Cancellation:
  • 8.1. Intellian reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
  • 8.2. Intellian reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these T&Cs.
  • 8.3. Intellian reserves the right to select a winner retrospectively from all eligible entries from the competition's start date, even if the competition is subsequently modified or cancelled.
  1. Governing Law:
  • 9.1. The legal relations between Intellian and the participants, including the validity, interpretation, and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.

  • 10.1. By participating in this competition, participants agree to these T&Cs.
  • 10.2. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn or Instagram.
