Intellian Technologies Co., Ltd. complies with the provisions of the “Personal Information Protection Act” and related laws and regulations to process personal information lawfully and manage it securely. Article 2 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
Intellian Technologies Co., Ltd. provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under Articles 17 and 18 of the “Personal Information Protection Act,” such as with the consent of the data subject or under special provisions of law, and does not provide the data subject’s personal information to third parties in any other cases.

Upon entering into a subcontracting agreement, Intellian Technologies Co., Ltd. specifies in the contract and other documents matters related to liability—including the prohibition of processing personal information for purposes other than the performance of subcontracted duties, technical and administrative protective measures, restrictions on subcontracting, management and supervision of the subcontractor, and compensation for damages—in accordance with Article 26 of the “Personal Information Protection Act,” and supervises whether the subcontractor is processing personal information securely.
In accordance with Article 26, Paragraph 6 of the “Personal Information Protection Act,” the contractor must obtain the Company’s consent if it subcontracts the Company’s personal information processing tasks.
If there are any changes to the content of the outsourced tasks or the contractor, we will disclose such changes without delay through this Privacy Policy.
The outsourcing of personal information processing operations overseas is described in “Article 4 (Matters Concerning the Overseas Transfer of Personal Information).”

Intellian Technologies Co., Ltd. outsources the processing of personal information to third parties overseas as follows.
Data subjects have the right to object to the transfer of personal information overseas; however, this may result in restrictions on the use of certain services. Article 5 (Matters Concerning the Procedures and Methods for the Destruction of Personal Information)
Intellian Technologies Co., Ltd. shall destroy the relevant personal information without delay when it is no longer necessary, such as upon the expiration of the retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose.
If personal information must be retained in accordance with other laws and regulations even after the retention period agreed upon by the data subject has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved, such personal information shall be transferred to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different location.
Personal information recorded and stored in electronic file format shall be destroyed so that the records cannot be reproduced, and personal information recorded and stored on paper documents shall be destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 6 (Matters Concerning the Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives, and Methods for Exercising Such Rights)
Data subjects may exercise their rights at any time with respect to Intellian Technologies Co., Ltd., including the right to access, transfer, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of personal information, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to object to or request an explanation regarding automated decisions.
Such rights may be exercised by submitting a request to Intellian Technologies Co., Ltd. in writing, via email, or by fax, in accordance with Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the “Personal Information Protection Act,” and Intellian Technologies Co., Ltd. will take action without delay.
Data subjects may submit a request at any time to view, correct, delete, withdraw consent, object to automated decisions, or request an explanation by contacting the person listed in Article 10 (Matters Concerning the Personal Information Protection Officer).
You may also exercise these rights through a representative, such as your legal representative or an authorized agent. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney in accordance with Form No. 11 attached to the “Notice on Personal Information Processing Methods (No. 2025-5).”
The right to access personal information and request suspension of processing may be restricted pursuant to Article 35(4) and Article 37(2) of the “Personal Information Protection Act.”
Requests for the correction or deletion of personal information cannot be made if other laws or regulations explicitly designate such personal information as subject to collection.
If the data subject has consented to the fact that an automated decision will be made, or if this was notified in advance through a contract or other means, or if there is a clear provision in the law, refusal of the automated decision will not be recognized, and only requests for explanation and review are permitted.
Furthermore, requests to object to or request an explanation of automated decisions may be rejected if there are legitimate grounds, such as a risk of unjustly infringing upon another person’s life, body, property, or other interests.
Intellian Technologies Co., Ltd. verifies whether the person requesting access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing is the data subject or a legitimate representative.
Article 7 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)
Intellian Technologies Co., Ltd. takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.

2. Technical Measures: Management of access rights to personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems, encryption of personal information, and installation and updating of security programs
