24/7 Technical Support
A vessel at sea doesn’t follow your typical eight hour day, and neither does Intellian’s Technical support team. Any time of day, or night, Intellian engineers are on standby to support our customers. Intellian is committed to ensuring that support requests are responded to around the clock by a skilled engineer, not someone filling a helpdesk seat on a pay per call basis.

Augmenting Intellian’s own staff of engineers, Intellian’s Global Support Network includes over 300 highly skilled and factory trained maritime professional field engineers. Each and every engineer is certified and must undergo a rigorous continuing education regime on a biennial basis, keeping them on the leading edge of innovation.

Spare Parts Kits
Intellian’s spare parts kits are presented in a customized Pelican ® case.  Each part is imprinted with both a descriptive part name and a part number.  Individual parts are housed in sealed plastic bags, which are barcoded for easy integration into inventory management systems. Easy to carry, easy to identify, and easy to replace.

Intellian has the largest spare parts availability around the world. From Intellian’s own Regional Headquarters or from our Global Support Network, you can be assured that anything a vessel may need to repair a damaged system is as close as your next port of call.

Obtaining technical support should be easy. Customers should not be required to spend time searching for local support in faraway ports of call. Intellian is your single point of contact.  Simply contact your regional service center and they will handle everything, allowing you to move on to other tasks.  No other stabilized antenna manufacturer can offer this level of ease.

Included within the Partner Portal are, manuals, links to software, firmware updated, drawings, system diagrams,
spare parts, images, and documentation to help with sles, installation and support of all Intellian Products.

There is also a Parts Lookup function, enabling you to search for parts or complete systems,
with Part numbers and pricing. You can browse for the particular product or part, or use the search function.

You will also find all the upcoming Intellian Training Classes listed with a simple registration process to sign up
for one of our detailed classes. There is also an Online Training tab, that gives you access to the Intellian Online Training modules for you to take at a time that suits you.
